sweet potato quick snack cake

4 eggs
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 box dark brown sugar
2 cups bisquick
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup finely shredded sweet potatoes

Combine all ingredients and pour into oblong pan (9x13) Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
